Q: I want to buy a refurbished laptop online. Is your online ordering process secure?
A: Yes. All refurbished laptop orders, as well as purchases for refurbished computers and everything else on our site uses transaction methods encrypted using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology.
Q: What payment methods do you accept for refurbished computers orders?
A. We accept most major credit cards including Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay for your refurbished computer via PayPal. If you wish to purchase a refurbished computer or laptop which would require the use of another payment method, we encourage you to call and speak with us to arrange the purchase.
Q: Will you ship refurbished computers internationally?
A. Heavensgems Trading.com is currently working to secure international shipping methods to deliver refurbished computers and laptops worldwide. However, at this time we do not ship internationally. If you live overseas, bookmark us and check back soon!
Q: Do you offer wholesale discounts on refurbished laptops or refurbished computers?
A. While there is no limit to refurbished computer purchases (where quantity is available), we do encourage that you call and speak with one of our sales team members if you plan to buy a large amount of refurbished laptops or refurbished computers. This way, we can generate a quote for your wholesale purchase, including available discounts to give you the most security, best price and highest level of service on your large-volume order of refurbished computers and laptops.

1. If I buy my scooter online, how long will it take to get it?
Shipping time varies, orders usually ship within 3 business days from the time we receive payment. Your order will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive to final destination (home address, business address)

We have an office in North Carolina, and a warehouse in Texas, California and an office in Minnesota
3. Can I visit or make an appointment to see your warehouse?
I am sorry; visiting the warehouse is currently not available
4. Do you have a Catalog?
Currently, we do not have a catalog. You are not the first to request this, and we are considering it.
5. How will I know when my moped order shipped?
You should receive an email from us within 24 hours after we ship your scooter. The tracking number will be included in the email. Most motorcycle and moped shipments can be tracked online.
6. What is the shipping cost?
Most of our scooters, mopeds and motorcycles have """free shipping"""""""""". If there is a shipping cost, it will be clearly indicated in the item description (usually toward the bottom of the specifications) and in your shopping cart. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
7. Is shipping to my door or to a terminal?
Scooters, mopeds and motorcycles are delivered to your door with a lift gate as specified in the description specification portion of the bike.
8. Should I have my scooter shipped to my work?
The freight company will make an appointment and provide you with a 4 hour window to make sure you are home.
9. My credit card is billed to my PO Box, why can’t I use it?
All credit card orders must be shipped to the credit card’s bill to address. Our scooters, mopeds and motorcycles do not fit in a PO Box… In these cases, pay by wire transfer or PayPal. You may also call your credit card company and temporarily change your billing address to the place you want your scooter shipped to.
10. My Credit card is being denied…Why?
Are you using a debit card?

For security reasons, most banks have a daily maximum a customer can spend. The best thing is to contact your bank affiliation and inform them that you would like to go above the daily limit. Most banks are happy to change your limit for the day which will allow you to make your purchase.
Answer no: Is your ship to address and bill to address the same?
Yes: Then it could be a minor error in the address (N,S,W,E or St, Ave, Ln or Zip code). Check with your bank.
No: You can complete your transaction using Google Checkout, PayPal (which is free to register with them) OR we can send you a credit card authorization form through your email or fax? Which would you prefer?
11. How will I get the MSO to register my scooter?
Please note that although we normally mail the Certificate of Origin (MSO) and a bill of sale about 3 business days after we ship your moped, scooter or motorcycle, we request that each customer confirm their VIN after receipt of the vehicle. To confirm: simply send an email to our sales dept., include your order number and the VIN of your street legal scooter or motorcycle in the email subject or body. Please note that this only applies to bikes that are marked ‘street legal’.
12. Where can I find my VIN number?
The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) is a unique 17 digit number. The VIN can be found on the outside of the shipping carton or on the frame or under the seat of the vehicle itself.
It can be used to trace back the vehicle to the manufacturer as well as identify the model and year it was produced.
13. When will I receive the COO or MSO?
The documents are usually sent in the mail 2 to 4 days after the scooter is shipped
14. How much is Tax online?
We do not charge for tax online. However, when you register your vehicle with your DMV, you will be charged the state tax and applicable registration fees. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, check with your State DMV for specifics.
15. How to get a title or register your online scooter, moped or motorcycle?
Most of the scooters, mopeds and motorcycles available on This website are legal in every State. Please check the bottom of the specifications of each scooter for more information.
Although we usually automatically send the paperwork for every street legal vehicle, we request each customer to confirm their VIN by email after receiving their street legal scooter or motorcycle. To confirm: simply send an email to sales@tomaliscooters.com include your order number and VIN in the subject or the body.
16. What do I need to know to register my moped / motorcycle or scooter?
It is very simple to title and register your new moped, scooter or motorcycle.
When buying a scooter online, you should expect to receive the following documents:
Ø A Certificate of origin, aka MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin.)
Ø A bill of sale.
The certificate of origin is an official title document that releases the scooter from the importer to the dealer. The dealer released the scooter to you.
Once you receive these documents, you need to take them with your scooter or motorcycle to your local DMV (Department of Motor Vehicle). They will inspect the bike and compare the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on the paperwork to the one on the scooter. They will inspect the vehicle as well.
Your DMV will collect the sales tax as well as any applicable registration fee and will issue a license plate for your vehicle.
Note to CALIFORNIA customers. Please be sure to check that the bottom of the specification pages says something like:
Street legal CA or Street legal in California
We assume,....... responsibility if we ship you a scooter, moped or motorcycle that we advertise as street legal in your state and it turns out not to be. The following conditions apply:
Ø The online scooter, moped or motorcycle must advertised as street legal
Ø You need to fully cooperate with us to resolve any problem according to our instructions
Ø The bike must have less than 20 miles. You will need to submit a notarized odometer disclosure statement
Ø You must have all the original packaging and the bike must be complete with no damage
An RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued prior to return.
17. When will I receive the COO or MSO?
The documents are usually sent in the mail 2 to 4 days after the scooter is shipped. For security reasons, we do NOT send the MSO/COO with your scooter, just incase it is shipped to an incorrect address. (You need to email us your VIN #).
18. I just received my order, but I have some shipping damage… what do I do?
Please take a picture of the damage. We need to have a close up shot and a distant shot so we can see the area clearer.
Then send an email to us with the following information.
1. In the subject line, place order number (if you have it) and/or your full name AND put "shipping damage" in subject line.
Example: Order 891 - Betty Johnson - Shipping Damage
2. Attach the pictures and your message and send to: our email address!!
